The Las Vegas Valley Humane Society (LVVHS) offers low cost spay and neuter referrals for cats and dogs, for both owned and stray animals. If you are feeding a stray cat, please contact the LVVHS. All appointments are made through the LVVHS directly. Call 434-2009 or email us at lvvhs@cox.net.

Pet Awareness & Welfare Services (PAWS)

Paws Spay/Neuter Voucher Program covers part of the cost of the pet sterilization surgery for dogs and cats to pet owners in the Las Vegas area in need of financial assistance due to low-income, age, health, and hardship in an effort to help decrease the pet overpopulation problem.  Fill out an application here.
